We offer free consultation on all Cake products, so if you have any questions on flavors or decorations please do not hesitate to email or call for more information. All consultations for our Catering Services or Meal Preperation Services are $20 for a 45 minute information session and Q&A. All consulations for Catering and Meal Prep Services are by appointment only and must be done in person (appointments can be made over the phone, the consultation must be done in person). $10 will be due the day of scheduling to HOLD your date & time slot and the remaining $10 portion will be due the day of the consultation, this $10 is for the now SECURED time slot for that day and all consultation service fees. The $10 to HOLD your date & time slot is NON-REFUNDABLE. The day you schedule your appointment you will be sent an invoice via email to HOLD your date and time slot. Once it is paid, you will be sent a confirmation code. Save this code it will need to be presented at the start of your appointment in order to continue. The day of your appointment you will be sent an email approx. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time asking if you wish to continue your consultation, if yes you will be sent an invoice via email for the remaining $10 to SECURE the date & time slot we were holding for you and for all consultation services.
